The Americas region is going through a large expansion plan and is represented by four countries with almost 300 employees.
We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to join our regional People & Culture team.
The HR Generalist will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, and contributing to important functions such as HR systems, data analytics & reporting, and full employee lifecycle management.
This position will play a key role in the upcoming rollout of our new Oracle HCM system.
You will work a hybrid role out of our Americas Headquarters in beautiful Lake Oswego, OR, supported by your local HR team as well as your global HR colleagues.
This role reports to the Director of People and Culture, Americas.

Job Responsibilities HRIS and operational support of the full employee life cycle, from recruiting and onboarding through exit.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
Participate in developing HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.
Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of the HR department and company.
Lead and support strategic P&C projects and initiatives as required.
First-line support for employee HR questions.
Regular collaboration with our Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll teams.
Occasional travel is required.
Your Experience Associate degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field of study is preferred.
At least 2 years of related experience.
Proven success working in an HR department.
Ability to challenge the status quo.
Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Experience with Oracle HCM system preferred.
A good sense of humor is a must! Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The annual compensation for this position range from $64,296 to $113,488 with most candidates falling in the $73,240 to $93,032 range.
Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone's total compensation package.
