Key Responsibilities Responsible for construction project management and oversight of construction related activities Direct interface with construction general contractors during the bidding, award, execution, and project closeout/punch list phases.
Create construction project scope and request for proposals Construction document management Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management.
Background Required Experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager Background in delivering data centre projects and/ or mission critical facilities Working knowledge in critical power and cooling infrastructure Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering disciplineSDL2017 Recommended Skills Construction Construction Management Data Centers Document Management Systems Infrastructure Management Metrics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
