Human Resource Coordinator II
NOT REMOTE-must work at location.
Shift:
Flexible on start time between 7AM - 9AM.
Cannot start later then 9AM.
Will be working 8 hours a day/5 days a week.
No OT unless pre-approved by manager.
You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
You will:
Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you supportPerform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processesAnswer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriatelyManage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policyComplete and update reports and maintain systems and dataUndertake additional projects and tasks as requestedCoordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc.
