Job DescriptionMissionFosters, directly and indirectly, by action, example and training, a comprehensive safety program throughout the Portland Large Parts Campus.
Monitors potential health and safety conditions of the workplace; identifies problems, recommends solutions, and ensures that the on-going safety system is corrected to incorporate the changes.
Develops and guides leadership and other safety professionals in a cultural journey to a better business.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Use our global database to:

Implements, through supervisors and managers, an effective safety performance tracking and measurement system.
Collaborates on a scheduled basis with management/departments to interpret the results and effects of the corrective actions.
B.
Support and investigates incidents at multiple sites.
C.
Audit safety programs, procedures, practices, and activities that support business goals and objectives.
D.
Lead the review of all incidents and concern reports.
Responsible for effective operations record keeping and OSHA document compliance and working with Workers Compensation and management to mitigate future incidents.
E.
Discusses complaints and suggestions received in writing relating to safety conditions with the affected supervision.
F.
By observation of physical conditions and work practices, detects lack of conformity with the Loss Control Program and drives the corrective action with supervision.
Leads line supervision and Safety team members in the development of required revisions to existing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Keeps abreast with technical developments and OSHA related regulations that affect the safety considerations for operations.
Incorporates new information into existing operations, where applicable Serves as an advisor to safety committees at multiple locations.
Assists with management of change on new or proposed changes in process, equipment or methods and reviews for compliance with safety standards before acceptance or use.
Collaborates with supervision in the administration of the Light Duty Work Program and in the assignment of eligible employees in accordance with established practices.
Drives safety requirements to project managers regarding outside contractor's safety requirements.
Maintains knowledge of the Corporate Loss Control Program, manuals, rules, and regulations and in proper communication of such programs, rules and regulations Assists and advises training of:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
