Installation Manager Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Ongoing coaching, training and troubleshooting over the phone or on-site as necessary Daily on-site visits to review installations for quality and customer satisfaction Be a support person for field staff to help growth and development of team and department Assist Department Manager with annual reviews and one-on-one meetings with field staff Review inspection reports and discuss necessary corrections with field staff Attend trainings and be first line of contact for new product and technical information Spot check upcoming jobs in CRM to review material lists Assist Account Managers, as well as field staff, with setting up projects On occasion deliver parts for projects Perform other duties as assigned Required Knowledge and
Experience:

years of HVAC industry experience and knowledge with a minimum of one year in retro 2
years of leadership or management experience Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced environment Strong attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel EPA Certification Ability to lift 50+lbs, sit, squat, twist, stand for long periods of time Ability to work in small, dark spaces, high places, in hot or cold weather Ability to work 40
