SPI / SP3D Telecom Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a SmartPlant Telecom Designer for a remote, contract-to-direct assignment out of Portland, Oregon.
The selected candidate will be responsible for documenting and modeling the design information under direction of our project discipline leads.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:
00am - 5:
00pm This position can work remotely This position requires experience with SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) or SP3D - Create fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines, as well as 2D construction drawings - Turn the design intent of our senior telecom design leads into constructable deliverables with clash-free 3D models - Provide input towards the way in which we leverage SmartPlant to deliver the necessary construction information within our design deliverables - Estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided markups and/or verbal direction requests - Provide mentorship and support to other designers on the team - High School Diploma or GED - 5
years of experience in Telecommunications design and construction - 5
years of SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) or SP3D experience - Experience creating and maintaining BIM standards - Basic understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to a circuit or a link between devices and equipment - Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software is a plus ID:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
