Responsibilities:
Coordinate Maintenance Programs:
This role involves coordinating various maintenance programs, including building maintenance, facilities maintenance, and technology and automation maintenance.
Capex and Opex Management:
The job includes managing Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operating Expense (Opex) budgets related to maintenance and repair (M&R) activities.
Asset and Master Data Management:
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset and master data records are maintained for effective maintenance and repair operations.
Service Provider and OEM Contracts:
Managing contracts and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with service providers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Compliance and Governance:
Ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and governance requirements.
Implement IL6S:
Implementing Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) methodologies for preventive and predictive maintenance, aiming for zero breakdowns.
This includes various strategies such as Progressive Maintenance (PM) and Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM).
Coaching and Capability Building:
Role modeling values and principles and coaching operating teams in routine maintenance, equipment breakdown, and Continuous Improvement Lean (CIL) techniques.
Stakeholder Management:
Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to build effective relationships and align priorities to achieve company objectives and goals.
Education / Certifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Economics or related studies is mentioned as an advantage, suggesting that a degree in a related field is preferred but not necessarily required.
