The Air Ticketing Specialist is required to have the knowledge base to be able to perform duties in Amadeus GDS system.
Perform the daily air related processes and conform to the Company's objectives and policies.
The Air Ticketing Specialist would be responsible for working directly with Avanti Reservation staff, and ticketing contract and published air, working schedule changes, refunds and exchanging of airline tickets.
Air Ticketing Specialists are required to meet Avanti's quality standards and accuracy levels to achieve company goals and support all functions within the Call Center.

verbal, listening and written Have 3 years GDS experience - Amadeus preferred Have excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, complaint resolution and negotiation skills Have a proven record of building relationships Possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and internet browser Are able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies Are able to maintain customer confidentiality Are highly organized and detail-oriented Are willing to work and be available for overtime hours as needed YOU ARE QUALIFIED IF YOU:
Have high school diploma or GED equivalent Are detailed-oriented and love to solve work puzzles Are passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the customer experience Demonstrate a professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality Have the ability to work with others in close manner Can learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high performance driven culture Demonstrate exceptional habits of dependability and attendance OUR MISSION Avanti Destinations connects the components for customized international travel utilizing our technology and educated staff.
