Maintenance Technician

Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician who can carry out repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance for four properties, with a total of 132-unit.
The Maintenance Technician must have an amazing attention to detail, time management skills, and be comfortable managing work orders using technology.

$26-$28/hr.
Schedule:
FT, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5PMWeekly Contracted Hours:
40 hrs.
