Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions; coordinating and conducting new team member orientation, leave administration, workers compensation, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will:

Possess a bachelor's degree in human resources management or another related field.
Have at least five years' experience in a multi-location human resources role, with duties that include recruiting, onboarding, Leave and workers compensation, complex employee relations, and high-level HR strategy in partnership with the VP of HR and the Regional VP of Operations.
Have expert knowledge of Employment Standards and other employment laws.
Understand the importance of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with team members, residents, family members, and visitors.
