The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the proper maintenance and functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Temp-to-Hire position$22.
00 to $25.
00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday)Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes and implement corrective measures promptly.
Execute repair tasks effectively, such as replacing parts, repairing electrical circuits, and resolving mechanical failures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of parts and supplies.
Coordinate with other departments or external contractors as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance projects.
Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
1-3-year experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is crucial.
This includes understanding machinery, tools, and equipment used in maintenance work.
A keen eye for detail is necessary to perform thorough inspections, detect potential issues, and ensure that repairs are conducted accurately.
Effective communication is necessary to interact with team members, convey information about maintenance issues, and collaborate with other departments or external contractors.
