Act as Human Resources Represetnative for assigned business unitsSupport units through growing and developing business partnerships, employee relations, recruiting, staffing & retention, training, organizational design & development, and compensation & benefitsProvide counsel and information to clients to assist with the execution of corporate strategy that meets business needsProvide a positive environment and reduce legal risk to the organization.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process and manage all organizational changes and movement through HR Systems; conduct data audits to ensure accuracy.Track and review HR metrics to support staffing and to make recommendations for retentionThis includes headcount, open positions, turnover, retention, etc.Effectively manage full cycle recruiting and onboarding processes including sourcing candidates, application review, interview scheduling, drug testing, onboarding and conducting New Hire OrientationThis also includes developing relationships with external partners, such as, schools, trade centers, and professional organizations.Support compensation management when needed; comply with compensation strategies when offering positions.Assist employees with FMLA/LOA complianceCoordinate with Leave Management Team to identify issues or concerns.Track and manage absences and health requirements.Support for all benefit related questions and issues; provide consultation to business groups on benefit impacts through employee leaves.Act as counsel to address and resolve performance issues for team (through manager level).Assist with employee concerns and investigations to ensure consistency and fairness in policy and procedure, including topics related to employment, EEO, and/or ADAIdentify any potential risks.Manage and facilitate employee morale projects, including employee events, service awards and communication processes.Special projects and assignments as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent work experiencePHR or SPHR certification preferred.3-5 years Human Resources Generalist or other related business experience, including recruiting, behavioral interviewing, employment, training, employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation, diversity, management/organizational development, risk management and loss control.Online recruiting software experience preferred.Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.Strong conflict management skills.Ability to work effectively with all levels of associates and management.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and influence others.High degree of initiative; proven team player, excellent customer service skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to manage confidential information.Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.Physical Environment:
Onsite attendance required.Sits for extended periods of time.Bending, stooping and twisting required periodically.Uses calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday.Workday is fast paced; may require some weekend/nights as business dictates.Benefits/Salary:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
