Summary:
The Director of Health Services (RN) oversees the clinical department of the Community Based Care facility and ensures resident care needs are metThis position will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate resident care, and provide supervision and teaching to health services team members
Responsibilities:
o Implement new procedures as neededo Train, supervise, lead, and motivate teamo Director of Health Services (RN)Assist clinical subordinates to identify condition changeso Communicate with residents, staff, family members, etcas neededo Utilize standard precaution knowledge and infection control measures where requiredo Knowledge of and ability to conform to the applicable law, rules and regulationso Oversee nurse delegationo Follow up with residents that have a change in condition or chronic skin issueo Other Duties as Assigned REQUIREMENTS:
