We are the 2nd largest Invisalign provider on the whole West Coast.
Recently, we were awarded the status of Diamond Invisalign Provider (this status is given to the top 1% of Dentists worldwide), which gives us the opportunity to offer very competitive pricing, grants us an increase in our patient base, and allows for lower lab fees.
It is also one of the many reasons we stand out from other clinics in the North West.
We are expanding our existing location and opening new locations.
Our clinic is looking for dentists that are interested in being:
1.
Principal (managing/supervising) dentist.
If you are an experienced dentist who is qualified to preform major dental treatment, we may give you an opportunity to be a principal dentist of our clinic, assigning certain cases to associate dentists according to their expertise, and take the most complex and expensive cases yourself, which will allow you to make the most production.
We can offer profit-sharing and/or percentage of ownership to the right dentist.
2.
Associate dentist.
We may offer you competitive earnings and an opportunity to grow.
If you are a recent graduate, our clinic can pay for your courses to learn various treatments that you haven't done before.
If you are willing to grow with us, we can offer you a path to becoming a principal dentist with profit-sharing and/or percentage of ownership.
(We accept only private dental insurances and cash patients (we currently don't accept OHP), which allows for our dentists to make the most production.
If you are ambitious and driven and want to receive top compensation, you are strongly encouraged to apply! Dentists with knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian or knowledge of any foreign language is a huge plus! Job Types:

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Valid state dental license in good standing - Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred - Proficiency in using dental management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Commitment to providing high-quality dental care in a compassionate manner Note:
