We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our legal teamThe ideal candidate will have a passion for employment law and a proven track record in employment law litigation, counseling employers in all areas of employment law including, unlawful discrimination litigation, and non-compete litigationThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work will have a direct impact on our business and our clients.
Responsibilities:
1Provide legal counsel and guidance to the organization on all matters related to employment law, including but not limited to, wrongful terminations, workplace discrimination, and wage and hour disputes.2Represent the organization in employment law litigation, including preparing legal documents, conducting discovery, and presenting arguments in court.3Advise management on legal implications of HR decisions and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.4Manage and oversee all employment law-related matters, including investigations, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.5Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and ensure the successful resolution of employment disputes.6Stay abreast of current trends, legislation, and legal decisions relevant to employment law and inform management of any significant changes that could impact the organization.7Conduct training sessions for HR and management staff on employment law topics, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Qualifications:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
