Injection Molding Supervisor
Test and evaluate new and legacy tooling. SCIENTIFIC MOLDING Experience required Perform and document process window studies, gate freeze, and Design of Experiments per Scientific Molding procedures. Establish processes for new products and existing jobs that have been moved to a new Assist production in troubleshooting existing jobs. Check for proper material and dryer temperature. Verify dryer and all loading equipment is contamination-free. Monitor press, part quality, and quantity. Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments and prepare proper documentation. Investigate cause and effect. Document root cause and develop corrective action. Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters.
