Responsibilities:
- Assist with fundamental patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with patient mobility and positioning.
- Accurately document vital signs and communicate any changes in patient condition.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are maintained.
- Record patient information and participate in care planning.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid LPN certification in Oregon.
- Successful completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Successfully completion of the NCLEX-PN exam - Preferable experience in a related healthcare setting.
- Maintained active BLS/CPR certification.
