MAJOR DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
- Preparing Family Style quality meals to Head Start students
- Performs responsibilities related to meal service.
- Ability to handle food in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain sanitary environment at all times
- Ability to multi-task.
- Work cooperatively with classroom team and other program staff .
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
- Have a current food handlers card
- Complete employee job and health requirements.
- Pass district background check and office of Child Car's Central Background Registry.
- Work quickly and efficiently following written and verbal directions.
- Lift up to 30 Lb.
- Push or pull a food cart .
- High school degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Interest and positive experience working with young children.
- Experience working with food service.
COMPENSATION:
$14.75 per hour
