DIR - PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

Responsibilities We are seeking a Director of Performance Improvement with a background in healthcare and Joint Commission compliance to join our team.
The Director of Performance Improvement directs the process of establishing a comprehensive and integrated performance improvement program which meets regulatory standards for both the hospital and the PHP/IOP components.
They emphasize an organization wide approach that continually meets and /or exceeds licensing and accreditation standards and delivers quality care.
They provide strategic development and direction of the performance improvement program for the hospital and educate performance improvement methodology and the application to patient care, consults on licensing and accreditation matters.
They champion quality improvement initiatives, quality and patient safety awareness, safety culture survey administration, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications Master s degree in nursing, social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred; Bachelor s degree required.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience directing performance improvement and risk management activities in a hospital, psychiatric hospital, or mental health treatment setting required.
Licensure:
None required.
RN, LMSW licensure a plus; Quality Professional certification preferred.
Knowledgeable regarding Joint Commission accreditation standards.
Experience interpreting State and Federal standards related to hospital operations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
