We are looking for a Patient Healthcare Coordinator to work in our Business Center in Portland, OR!
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Day Shift, 8 hour days
No weekends, no overtime and no on call. We believe in work, life balance!

The Patient Care Coordinator manages communication between patients, family members, attorneys, and care providers in all aspects of patient care. The PCC answers incoming calls, emails, and chats to ensure each patient receives the best service possible. This position is a dedicated partner to clinical staff and is responsible for ensuring quality patient care.
This is a non patient facing role and you must be bilingual in Spanish
Qualifications:
_EDUCATION_ :
Highschool Diploma or GED.
REQUIREMENTS:
Customer service
Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical office
Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish Required
Must be willing to work in a call center type environment
