includes collaboration with Business Analysts to understand the requirements, identifying technical requirements, design and development of solutions and providing post implementation support. Additionally this
position
requires the ability to multi-task and to complete projects under tight timelines. Strong organizational skills are a must.
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS is generally required. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training

years professional experience in IT software development
3
years of Java / J2EE development is a must
SOA / Web
services
development is a must
3
years of hands on experience with integration technologies is a must, Tibco is a major plus
XML Programming / XSLT is a must
SQL is a must
Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
Mobile application development is a plus
ETL technology (like Informatica) is a plus
Well developed written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Well developed active listening, facilitation and presentation skills
Knowledge of complex business principles and transportation management is a plus
Deep knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes
Well developed time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving
Ability to apply an understanding of in-depth functionality of multiple transportation-related systems
Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships and work effectively with senior business and client contacts
Ability to mentor and guide others in technical skills
Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
