As Client Employment Branding Content Specialist, Candidate'll produce high level, design and development solutions for Client HR and HR intranet websites by utilizing programs including Dreamweaver.

Candidate'll work collaboratively with content managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Candidate'll help set and meet the project timelines and budget parameters.

Candidate'll create and maintain process, system and design documentation.

Candidate'll keep current on knowledge of color, web, technical capabilities and trends.

Candidate'll create and maintain websites and associated content and keep information current and fresh on websites.

Candidate'll add new features as appropriate and manage responses from site visitors.

In addition, Candidate'll maintain website databases.


Workload:

75% - Content publishing and management within our website content management system (CMS)

20%- Web design (may include print design)

5%- Reporting (content inventory/analysis, web analytics)

Qualifications

- Experience working in an Internal Communications,
employee
Communications or
public relations
role

- Knowledge of website administration and content management systems (CMS)

- Experience writing, designing and publishing web pages/web content (HTML, PSP, XML, CSS, HTML email)

- Skilled at producing graphics for web, producing new and working with image files for web (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Experience writing for the web

- Converting and publishing video to the web (video file formats including preparing video for streaming via website

- Survey design and administration (building surveys in survey tools)

- Knowledge of social media platforms and uses



Skills:

Bachelor's degree in appropriate design discipline and minimum of 1 to 3 years related design experience.

2 years of directly relevant design experience may be substituted for degree requirements.

Knowledge in design specific software tools include but are not limited to: Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Premiere and sound and video editing and compression tools is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
