NETWORK TRIAGE ENGINEER
CTG is currently recruiting for a long term (One Year ) contract engagement for a Network Engineer that is experienced with Network outage situations.
Location is Portland, OR.
Ability to lead cohesive technical discussion during outages between client and Contracted Vendors (Avaya, Motorola, Virtela) in diagnosing break fix issues on the Client Network and Telephony contract.
Be the leader to assign ownership when there are disagreements over ownership and scope during priority 1 and priority 2 outages.
