Provide quality technical service
to clients in the areas of Wide Area Network design, installation,
troubleshooting and maintenance. This position requires good
trouble-shooting skills along with good people skills, the ability
to manage multiple clients well and demonstrate good organizational
skills. Driving to client offices is part of this position and
requires a good driving record.
Required Skills, Knowledge
and
Experience:
5 or more years of related job
experience.
Subject matter expert on Citrix.
In-depth knowledge of Netscalers,
Xen desktop, XenApp version 6 and up.
Broad experience and understanding
of technical environments with distributed infrastructure.
Client facing communication
and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and
Experience:
SAN's and virtualization experience
are pluses.
Technical Certifications Preferred:
MCNE, CCIE, MCSE, etc.
