Salary Range 42 - 50K (This is a Non-Exempt position as defined by the FLSA)
Job Summary/General Description:
Provide support and assistance to all employees using company owned technology products. Provide support and assistance to the Information Technology function.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide support for email, office software and hardware. Support users based on Help Desk Tickets, phone and drop-in. (Tier 1 support)
Desktop Imaging and Deployment
Event Support including NBA and other Rose Quarter events
Assist with maintenance of facility wiring, including termination and patching of systems
Qualifications (educational requirements, certification or licensing standards, experience and basic knowledge requirements):
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one - two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advance knowlege of IT equipment and software typical in a modern office environment. Knowledge in practical application of Windows OS, MS Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
Knowing the internal and external customers' needs and responding accordingly; anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to service and customer satisfaction
Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
Able to maintain confidentiality, work with sensitive or proprietary information and exercise discretion
Practical application of technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to produce various reports, information, data, materials, products or services.
Identifying cause and effect relationships; draws the right conclusion from the information.
Anticipating errors, determining causes of errors, and making repairs.
Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
Composing, editing and proofreading the written language as a means for effectively communicating to a variety of audiences; often requiring creativity or objectivity and impartial reporting.
Physical Requirements:
Percentage of time spent (up to 5
hours per shift)
Position requires the physical ability to make repairs to hardware and systems that may require working in confined spaces, and significant lifting, reaching and manual dexterity.
Some lifting/carrying/pushing will be required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
