Summary:
The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for the evaluation of business and client requirements against end-user computing solutions. As part of the Enterprise Governance Team, you will consult with internal business and IT teams. In this role you will help build applications, best business practices, and mentor internal team members.

Essential Functions:
Interface directly with internal Business clients and vendors to identify and document new IT end-user computing requirements including objectives, feature requirements, process flows, success metrics, and use cases.
Evaluation of requirements against technology to identify, recommend and implement solutions. Includes evaluating software selection options, defining strategic value, gathering estimates and seeking budget approval.
Guide and support Vendor Management Office, Sourcing, Engineering and IT Solutions teams to coordinate procurement, deployment, management and support of applications.
Manage small projects by creating project charter, project plans, and resource allocations.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical and other non-functional requirements.
Communicate with management and customers to ensure that programs align, projects are running smoothly, and program status is known.
Educate users (internal and external) on how to use new applications.
Participate in functional and technical design process. Review estimates for work plan and resource plan. Assist in the development of project schedules.
Coordinate development of end-user computing policies and standard operating procedures.
Participate in technical consultations, training, town hall meetings and various administrative functions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or technical area required, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Leadership and project management training are beneficial.
7 years of cross functional business experience including business analysis, project management, end-user solutions, logistics and/or supply chain, vendor and customer relationships.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal senior management. Effective active listening, interviewing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of technical and instructional writing practices
Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is helpful.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Strong project and time management skills.
Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with MS Office Suite and Office 365 preferred.
Experience managing customer expectations.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and projects.
Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people.
Ability to work independently with all levels of management (internal and external).
Provide leadership and guidance to teammates.
Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
