Contract Land Surveyor W/CAD Experience MUST HAVE OWN SURVEY EQUIPMENT

Requirements:
Proficiency in Civil 3D 2010 or newer
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Ideally possess ability to read and interpret Plats, Record of Surveys, and Engineering plans
Proficiency in technical math, is a plus
Experience performing telecommunication surveys a plus
Creates AutoCAD drawings for Land Survey projects
Creates and modifies maps for special assignments
Performs property researchEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
