Regional Continuous Improvement Leader
This Regional Continuous Improvement Leader will be responsible for leading an initial Lean deployment for 6 sites in the West Region of this growing, Multi-Billion dollar manufacturer.
This position will be located in Portland, OR while leading multi-site activity with plants to lead a culture change and drive profitability through the usage of Lean tools.
This company is just starting their Lean journey, but is committed to excellence.
They are looking for leader who can mentor their team and facilitate change on the plant floor.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading a culture change or turnaround using Lean Manufacturing.
- Able to mentor and coach plant leadership to drive profit using Lean Tools.
- Open to 30-50% travel for the initial Lean deployment.
- Able to promote and accept more responsibility with a growing company.
- Lives near or open to relocation to the greater Portland, OR.
- Salary $75-90,000 (with flex for ideal candidate)
