The Consumer Lending team includes Home Lending, Personal Lending, and Dealer Services, including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.
Our Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) Collections and Servicing team works with past-due customers to offer solutions for bringing credit card, student loan, personal line and loan, direct auto, retail services and deposit accounts up-to-date.
The group also provides customer service for student loan and retail services accounts and works with customers to resolve disputed charges on credit card accounts.
Overdraft Recovery & Collections (ODCR) is seeking to hire a Business Process Analyst 2 (BPA2) that will be a part of the business support team responsible for business process and procedure improvement.
Strong candidates will have ODCR or Community Banking Deposit Product Group experience with the ability to drive change.
The position will align with our customer complaint requirement by having a root cause analysis component.
Responsible for completing process analysis, identifying procedural and control deficiencies and recommending and implementing solutions.
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors.
Process design may require introducing new technology, staff and substantial change to current structure.
Develops and leads process design or improvement initiatives, guiding teams across the business.
Has process expertise for multiple business groups and can provide analysis to the most complex and volatile business lines.
May have certification in six sigma methodology.

years of operations analysis experience Desired Qualifications Extensive knowledge and understanding of analysis of business processes and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Other Desired Qualifications Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in:
root cause analysis Knowledge and understanding of creation of high level designs, low level designs, process flows Knowledge and understanding of platform needs analysis including determination of resources needed to meet objectives Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma methodology Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies:
process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN ODCR or Community Banking Deposit Group experience Experience using SQL and a quantitative side to identify issues and gaps Experience with business process mapping tools such as Visio Experience in business process modeling notation tools such as iGrafx, Tibco or other industry process modeling tools Experience generating reporting, including performance tracking and analysis Demonstrated ability to identify risks and opportunities associated with redesign/improvement decisions Demonstrated ability to facilitate effectively in a face to face or virtual setting Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
