Program Support Assistant (OA)

Some of the duties and responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
Provides primary administrative support for fellowships that are based at the VA, including Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Care, and Sleep Fellowships Provides complex administrative work essential to ensuring smooth operation of activities to maintain American College of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) compliance and insure a functioning and successful program Coordinates the recruitment process for fellows on an annual basis Updates Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) software Establishes and coordinates reminders for fellows and faculty members to complete needed evaluations on rotations, clinic experiences, mentorship, scholarly works using email correspondence and/or evaluation software system Tracks all schedule and vacation requests and provide reports to Program Director Tracks, updates, and submits cost reports to Oregon Health Sciences University on all fellows at all rotations on a monthly basis Collaborates with Program Director to submit up-to-date information and reports on fellows in Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) database Perform other related duties as assigned Work Schedule:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
