Successful completion of one (1) year of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Masters degree or have received a Masters. or equivalent graduate degree with directly related coursework; -OR An appropriate combination of graduate level education and specialized experience that is directly related to this position that together meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. Evaluated statements of program involvement, Select appropriate standard clauses and ensures clear and complete specifications, For GS-9 You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity as indicated by the following examples:
Having responsibility for announcing, award, administration and closeout or termination of routine Federal financial assistance actions. Selects successful applicants and finalize terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria are met.-OR- Education:
Successful completion of two (2) years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Masters degree or have received a Masters. or equivalent graduate degree with directly related coursework; OR An appropriate combination of graduate level education (beyond 18 semester hours) and specialized experience that is directly related to this position that together meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. For GS-11 You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity as indicated by the following examples:
reviewing grant applications that are limited in functional scope and complexity for adequacy, accuracy, and compliance with requirements; interpreting routine grants related policies and procedures; monitoring grantees' continuing operations to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the grant award; providing information to applicants and grantees on the grants process, regulatory requirements, and issues surrounding individual applications; OR Education:
successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.M., if related; -OR An appropriate combination of post baccalaureate education and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade requirement in accordance with 5 CFR 300.604. If you are a current Federal employee in the General Schedule (GS) pay plan and applying for a promotion opportunity, you must have completed a minimum of 52 weeks at the next lower grade level.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
