As a Real Property Services Project Manager, you will:
Make major recommendation and decisions which have a direct and substantial effect on the Real Property Services Projects elements managed. Responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Provide program improvement direction and oversight to a staff of federal employees and contractors engaged in delivering Real Property Services to Project Managers engaged in planning and executing construction projects. Exercise delegated supervisory authorities and responsibilities, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the work and providing similar oversight of contractors when appropriate. The staff directed includes 7 Federal administrative employees in grades GS-11 through GS-13. Work directly for and serves as member of TERO Management Team and overall programmatic advisor and expert consultant in planning, organizing, managing, integrating, and evaluating all programs and activities. Provide oversight of BPA's Land Title and Records Office with responsibility for the acquisition and analysis of land title information and management of BPA's tabular and physical records associated with BPA's land rights throughout the asset lifecycle. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13 ) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Experience in leading a team or serve as a technical expert in developing, implementing, and evaluating an organization's policies, programs, or projects to ensure the organization meets its business goals and objectives; experience should include; 1) managing a program or significant segment of a program; 2) planning, executing, and monitoring complex project(s) to completion; 3) developing strategic plans, change management initiatives, or organizational restructuring; or 4) conducting quantitative and qualitative studies to develop and recommend changes to policies, programs, or work processes which have a substantial impact on an organization's operations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include:

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
