Why Food and  Beverage Management and event management?

  I love this stuff and am damned good at it too.  After more than two decades of experience, it is a career choice that I continue to be passionate about and challenged with.

8/12 – 1/13      Downtown Kitchen  Rochester MN, General Manager

• Contracted to open new restaurant; food and beverage menu development, hiring, responsible for establishing all operating procedures,
