1. You're getting an AMAZING deal. This chair retails for more than $600. By the way, I'm selling TWO chairs. You can buy one for $299 or get both for $499. They are in perfect condition, and actually, I kinda hate to part with them ... but I bought a sectional and don't have room for them anymore. 2.
