About you: Not in to hard drugs, likes to keep things QUITE CLEAN, doesn't smoke tobacco, likes to chip in with yard and garden stuff, not a big party thrower but likes the occasional good sized BBQ or group dinner, is a good communicator, and is respectful. You like to recycle! If you are someone who responds with something like, "Ya dude, I'm quite chill with everything," we are probably not your place. Location: near the Cleveland High School track, a couple of parks, the bars/ restaurants on Gladstone and HOPWORKS (excellent organic beer) on Powell. It's blink to ride to Clinton/ Division/ Hawthorne or Sellwood. The number 9 bus runs down Powell, which is a half a block away. Also close to The Peoples Co-op, Trader Joe's, and Safeway (if you are desperate). New Seasons is a short bike ride away. Available September May 1st. Can show now with good notice.
