Hello! Enrollment for Ashley's Lifestyle Design Program is now open, but only 5 women are being accepted into the program that starts August 2020. Since 2014 Ashley uses an Integrative Approach, a thought-provoking and creative process implementing diversity and customization with each client. Helping women evolve their lifestyle & change the trajectory of their health by combining Mindset Coaching, Functional Fitness, and Nourishment Guidance. This allows her clients to see faster results, because it was made specifically for them and their lifestyle. Women deserve to express their authentic selves, learn to appreciate the beauty in their situational challenges, and grow by removing the BS and commit to themselves. I've made it my personal mission to connect with badass babes who know there is more to life than hiring a personal trainer, follow a program they don't see themselves doing for the rest of their life, and restricting themselves just to see results. My vision is to build a connected community of empowering women, teach masterclasses, and create influential mastermind retreat experiences around the world that reflect my education in physiology, psychology, natural nutrition, and holistic methodology.
