A Japanese flat base lightweight cymbal stand from the 1960s or 70s. Probably a Pearl or Star model, looks to have some mixed upper parts perhaps. Very good shape with cosmetic wear as shown. Great EQ, only problem is that it's been sitting around too long. Purchased it for a backup. However my back is out, so I stopped a long time ago. Also the perfect eq for a musicians home stereo. Lost boxes and manuals a long time ago, sure the manual can be downloaded or ordered from the company....
