Foster-Powell neighborhood. Semi- furnished classic home with fenced yard and room for garden. King-size bed in master suite with bath and walk-in closet. Homeowner visits for several weeks/yr in the Spring and stays in basement bedroom so there is a short period of house-share. Lawn needs to be mowed by tenant at current rental rate/increase if I need to hire someone. Quiet neighbors. Require quiet and courteous tenant. Property available to view Dec. 15. look as legitimate as possible and might include pictures, floor plans, etc. To make sure you express an
interest in the property the fraudster will ask you to wire money for a deposit, verify funds, or other
legitimate sounding reasons.
