No tobacco use. Weed okay as long as it's not excessive. The house faces a large park and has a big backyard garden. Rent includes reasonable utility usage, $85/internet per month and use of washer/dryer in basement. Easy street parking. Walking distance from Mult Village and Hillsdale. Close to OHSU, Lewis & Clark, PCC Sylvania, I-5 and Bus 44 and 12. Thanks for your interest. House has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two others in the house, each with their own bathrooms. One is a 28 yo auto mechanic and the other is a mid-40s software engineer. Both are pretty quiet and respectful people and I'm looking for the same.
