660 sq ft, 1bd, 1ba house with room for rent. You take the room, I'll take the couch. I am looking for a housemate with contracting skills that can do repairs in trade for rent. House has/ had a hole in the roof that caused some significant water damage. Repairs Needed: Roof, good portion of insulation in attic and walls, Cabinets, Countertops, Floors, all need replaced. Lots of sheetrock needs replaced. Some electrical damage but plumbing is good. There is also some mold that needs to be dealt with if you can live with that until repaired. I don't care about your personal life as long as you don't bring any headaches home. No hard drug users / pot alcohol ok. Just keep it to yourself. I currently am clean but enjoy a cocktail on occasion. in regards to work, I don't care if you have a job or not, just don't mooch off me please. I will only pay in rent. Decent neighborhood, Good bars and food carts within 1/2 mile, park close.
