Details: We have an awesome 2600sqft house In between Laurelhurst and Hollywood districts, we just locked down to move into May 4th, looking for a fourth cool roomate to join! 3 of the rooms have already been claimed, the 4th is on the second floor. There is a shared bathroom between 3 of the roomates, the 2nd bathroom is located in the Primary room and is not accessable to the rest of the house (poor design). The small garage is already claimed for tools and Motorbike and Bicycle. There is a bunch of storage space in the basement area. There is also a small shed out back behind garage. The house does have central AC. There is lots of cabinet storage and food storage. There is plenty of safe street parking. $980 + $1050 security deposit + 1/4 utilities. You will need to apply through Prop M management agency for credit and background check, $65. You: We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, Drug free (light Herb use outside okay). Must have a dependable Job and will need to apply through rental agency and have background and credit check completed $65 and references. We are looking for someone that can add to the househould and be fun to hang out at times maybe become a new friend? You must respect common space and quite time in the house 10pm to 6am. Pay rent ontime 1st of every month, no later than the 4th. This room is for you and you only, no extra roomates allowed to stay in room, no couples. Occasional partners staying over a few times a week is okay. If you have some common space furniture that is nice, that is welcome. Sorry no pets. Us: We are 3 guys, Two of us work in IT and the other works in Tech (Mon to Friday 7-4). We like fun activities like going to food carts, seeing live music, discgolf, watching movies and good series. We don't use hard drugs, but sometimes light herb use or occasional drinks. we are all quiet and respectful of each other. Two of us are creative types and like to build things. One of us is an accomplished musician who has a quite bedroom studio (headphones mostly). The other one of us is quite talented with tools and mehanical stuff. We are gay/queer/bi friendly, left leaning but not overly political about it.
